We had work done on a home we bought that had smoke damage from cigarettes. I was told by Ella that "every surface in the house would be wiped down," come to find out that the kitchen cabinets were very poorly cleaned. I was issued a refund for that portion of the cleaning, however the wood trim and doors everywhere in the house were not wiped down. I feel that I was told false information by Ella and I should have gone with ServiceMaster cleaners instead. Make sure you read the estimates thoroughly when making a decision. I was told one thing, but did not read into it close enough. ServiceMaster would have cleaned trim, doors, light fixtures, registers, etc. Would not recommend PuroClean to anyone for smoke damage in a house.
