STAY AWAY. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!!! By far the worst experience I have had ever. I bought a fridge from Louis as well as a microwave and other things and they fraudulently took my money and sold me the wrong fridge even though they were given the exact dimensions. The moment the fridge arrived I called him he was nonresponsive rude and I actually yelled at me. He then avoided my calls and full well knowing I needed a fridge because I have a child with some special needs and I need to store medication, he completely disregarded my calls and emails. I then went in this morning only to be told by the sales staff (Tim) to go away and called customer service. In fact he laughed and said everybody deserves a day off. I simply asked him to give him a call so we could fix this at a store level in fact he laughed and said everybody deserves a day off. They had zero issue and taking $6000 from me and now refuse to acknowledge and deal with the mistake. Even though I was upset yesterday I was willing to have them rectify the problem. People are human and mistakes happen but you get points for recovery and dealing with things in a professional manner. This has not happened to date. I took the day off of work yesterday to buy a fridge and now I’ve taken the day off today to try to deal with the fridge that is sitting in the middle of my kitchen not functioning. Completely unacceptable. I would’ve given them a zero stars if it existed. I have now left a message with people are human and mistakes happen but you get points for recovery and dealing with things in a professional manner. This has not happened to date.
