Malcolm is a knowledgeable, honest salesman who explained all of the features of the stove that we purchased and he provided some helpful hints on maintaining the appliance. He was courteous and attentive to all of our questions and concerns. It was a pleasurable experience.
CAS was the only store that had the fridge I was looking for in stock and they knew that and certainly took advantage of it. I showed them better prices I had found in other stores and they did not stand by their company’s policy “will beat any price”.
STAY AWAY. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!!! By far the worst experience I have had ever. I bought a fridge from Louis as well as a microwave and other things and they fraudulently took my money and sold me the wrong fridge even though they were given the exact dimensions. The moment the fridge arrived I called him he was nonresponsive rude and I actually yelled at me. He then avoided my calls and full well knowing I needed a fridge because I have a child with some special needs and I need to store medication, he completely disregarded my calls and emails. I then went in this morning only to be told by the sales staff (Tim) to go away and called customer service. In fact he laughed and said everybody deserves a day off. They had zero issue and taking $6000 from me and now refuse to acknowledge and deal with the mistake. Even though I was upset yesterday I was willing to have them rectify the problem. People are human and mistakes happen but you get points for recovery and dealing with things in a professional manner. This has not happened to date. Do not do business with this company. I am a landlord and I made a service call to this company for a dryer in one of my building units. They were aggressive with my tenants and made them highly uncomfortable and left without doing any kind of work. They also lied about the time that they arrived on the receipt and lied about contacting prior to coming onsite. On top of that, they falsely advertise 24/7 service and same day service. When I arrived, my tenants were distressed and when I had called, customer service said they could only send the same rude technician and that he would not be able to come that day and only during a limited time period the next day. They also put me on hold 3 times, all 3 times ended with them hanging up on me. After 3 hours of showing no remorse and constantly dropping the line, I am now having to pay $90 to cancel all services with them. Do not work with this company, they wanted to charge me $280 just for labour alone which would not include the price of parts. In contrast, other repair service companies have quoted me $175 for labour. The bottom line is they have all sorts of hidden fees, rude technicians, and terrible customers service.
The salesman was not helpful..and they were much more expensive than The Brick in equivelant brand and specs..we were looking for a washing machine and dryer, and asked the salesman to match what we had from The Brick, he frowned and adviced us to go buy them from there..we bought them from there, and will save time in the future and not waste it trying this shop anymore
Online research of CAS, products and specials was good, with information relatively easy to find.My call for more information on the product (small chest freezer), availability and ordering of product was great. My call was answered promptly and Tim the gentleman on the phone was knowledgable, helpful and processed the payment of the deposit amount efficiently.When I went to the warehouse, the same day as ordering by phone, the process of checking in and paying the remainder of the bill was painless. Picking up at the loading dock was fast, even though there were seven or eight other people there picking up at the same time. We only had a couple of minutes wait and the warehouse staff helped load.All in all, a great experience.Keep up the good work.
