Very disappointing! We had three chains of ours "repaired" and certified here. The first use the latching clips on both ends broke off. It appeared the wrong size latches were put on drove three hours to have them repaired. Dropped it in on Wednesday , took Monday off so that I could hopefully pick the chain up. As it would be a 5 minute job to repair it. The boss was wanting us to pay for repairs so we are taking our work elsewhere. Latch was also missing when chain was returned. Completely done with this company. 0/10
