Our company purchased a chain sling and 2 swift lifts from them. The swift lifts ended up being too big for our purpose and we needed the smaller size. We tried to return them unused and they would not take them back even after spending $700 with them. They are also over priced compared to other stores and the service was poor from the staff. Would recommend to shop else where.

I have been using All Lifting since they kicked off in Brisbane in 2004, they offer a brilliant service and extremely cost effective solution to all of our rigging and safety needs. All of the Staff are extremely friendly and are there to help.

I have been dealing with this company for a few years now in my capacity as a safety manager for a large plastering company. The team at All Lifting are always accommodating and are very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anybody.

Very disappointing! We had three chains of ours "repaired" and certified here. The first use the latching clips on both ends broke off. It appeared the wrong size latches were put on drove three hours to have them repaired. Dropped it in on Wednesday , took Monday off so that I could hopefully pick the chain up. As it would be a 5 minute job to repair it. The boss was wanting us to pay for repairs so we are taking our work elsewhere. Latch was also missing when chain was returned. Completely done with this company. 0/10
