Ok so I’ve sent 4 litters of pups (around 30) in the last two years with other reputable transport companies like jetpets, dogtainers & dogmovers and never had a drama. This is only the second time I’ve used this company. I let the dog/ pups toilet before leaving home then again before I check them in. So today I received a call @ 8:00, half hour after the pup was meant to leave from bris with aeropets saying the pup will miss the flight due to soiling the cage. At an extra charge of $88. The customer on the other end who was waiting at the airport was not contacted at all & had to call up to find out the pup will arrive 3 hours later. After talking to another breeder who had a similar experience about 9 months ago I suspect that this is a stunt they use to make up the difference on the slightly cheaper quotes they give.My advise.. pay the extra with the other 3 more reliable companies I mentioned, it will work out cheaper in the long run.
