I can't thank Michelle and the team at Aeropets enough for their assitance with the relocation of my cat Yuffie. They talked me through every step, over the phone while I was still in Australia and via email when I was out of country. They arranged for Yuffie to be picked up from a kennel and flown from Melbourne all the way to Minneapolis. I received a courtesy call from their partner company when Yuffie touched down in LAX to let me know everything was going smoothly, and with further advice for her pickup after the last leg of her flights. Yuffie arrived safe, well and on time and is already adjusted to her new home. Thank you Aeropets for your help, I hope I won't be needing your services again any time soon, but if I do, I'd happily have Yuffie's travel arranged with you.

Aeropets have been fantastic to deal with. We moved our little dog from Colombia to Australia via L.A. and Kylie guided us through the whole process and took care of everything, and she was always prompt to answer questions. I would highly recommend Kylie and Aeropets for moving pets, its very reassuring to have someone so pleasant and reliable taking care of our fur babies.

Of course a plane trip is tough on a dog. But Aeropets were by far the best quote and my dog came from Perth to Sydney in good order. The crate hired was much better than the cages i saw piled up at the airport awaiting return to other companies.

Ok so I’ve sent 4 litters of pups (around 30) in the last two years with other reputable transport companies like jetpets, dogtainers & dogmovers and never had a drama. This is only the second time I’ve used this company. I let the dog/ pups toilet before leaving home then again before I check them in. So today I received a call @ 8:00, half hour after the pup was meant to leave from bris with aeropets saying the pup will miss the flight due to soiling the cage. At an extra charge of $88. The customer on the other end who was waiting at the airport was not contacted at all & had to call up to find out the pup will arrive 3 hours later. After talking to another breeder who had a similar experience about 9 months ago I suspect that this is a stunt they use to make up the difference on the slightly cheaper quotes they give.My advise.. pay the extra with the other 3 more reliable companies I mentioned, it will work out cheaper in the long run.

Not the best communicators..took my cat Syd to Dunedin..no txt to say my cat was safe on my flight, no follow up to ask.if arrived ok..might be better to spend $2500 elsewhere if you want more than an A to B service.

When I picked up my dog from airport in Perth, it was raining, he was outside in crate in middle of walkway with strong fumes and high traffic of airport vehicles around him. No person centred care of my animal or his comfort.There was also very poor communication on where I picked him up from, I got told to track his flight on flight tracker on google, in which was not were he was located when I arrived. I would defiantly go through another pet agency next time for sure.
