Just picked up my daughter's Kindle Fire for the second time (she's rough in devices, man!) It took them less than a week and they were able to basically restore the entire device even with the charge port and liquid damage I couldn't see. Amazing customer service. Knowledgeable. Great time frame even with a high customer load and so reasonably priced! Better than any Apple or Google store I've ever visited. I'm sure I'll be back (hopefully not too soon😁)
SERVICE COMPLETEDI called Wednesday about getting my phone screen replaced (LG Q7+). The man I spoke with was very friendly and helped me. He ordered my screen and i paid extra to overnight it. The next day i went in to drop my phone off. Mind you, this entire time I've been scared because of the bad reviews I've read but i understood tech things can be tricky and just hoped there would be no issues with my service.I came back 2 hours later and my phone was done, but unfortunately my fear came true. My new screen works until i turn it off. After that, it won't work anymore. I immediately showed it to the man and he hard reset it and it did the same thing. The screen would work until I turned it off. Then no more. Well he then told me to drain the battery until it dies then charge it because "it's usually the battery". So he had me leave the store even though the screen was not working properly. Although he did say to call him the next day if the issue is still there. Sure enough, today I call and let him know the problem is persisting. (I've had to hard reset my phone about 10 times just to use it). He said he'll order a new screen but i can come in today so he can open it up again and see if he catches anything. So i went in, he cleaned everything, and the problem still persisted. This time he sent me home with the screen again that's not properly working saying to "give it some time - like 30 minutes". But did still reassure me that the second screen is on its way and will be here Monday. -------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, to my surprise, he was right. I left my phone screen on so it wouldn't shut off overnight, and sure enough it started working normally again. I had my doubts but it's working fine and has been for 2 days now! I'm happy to know the screen has a lifetime warranty too! Thanks action link wireless!
The best guy for fixing phones, I took my iPhone to the apple store they told me it’s not fixable and there’s no way this phone could possibly work again, and I remember I came to this store a while ago to change the screen, and I brought my phone to him yesterday and he fixed my phone within an hour
My phone was black out , I can here messages, calls, alarm and etc but I can't see anything I found out this place closer to me so I decided to go there and explain to him what had happened and all he said is ok, he came up with 280 down then when he is done I told me to pay 50 more and I thought that was it later he said 63 plus taxes, wow,!!!! In a disappointed way, I was happy but when I got home my phone is not working the same thing I took it over there, nothing fixed all he did it was an escuse, and solution. I paid over 300 dollars, I can't believe my phone isn't working, he said if anything happens bring back , I did, and he said he will look at it, then I left my phone there for one more week, I went again, he said the water damage the phone so he had to order one of the device that was damage by the water, I thought this time will finally work, but the phone is still the same, I don't want to argue over 300 $ he won't have it forever, I wish his business gone broke, I'm very dissatisfied with his work, so dissappdisap and upset, if I could give 0 star I will, he deserves no 🌟 , I will never go back again if anything happens to my plonp.
