Overall Feedback:
I’m sharing this due to the lack of INTEGRITY that this business does not possess! Living in Great Bridge for almost 30yrs. we decided to leave CarMax so we could give to local small business. HUGE mistake as from start to finish it’s been the most stressful transaction ever. After 45yrs of marriage we have purchased at least 20+cars with all our kids. Previous owner we purchased three vehicles from this same car dealership & his daughter became a friend. Never in a million years have we had such a terrible customer service experience. First both our sales guys that we had been corresponding with (Andrew & Mark) got let go/fired? No one let us know. Second the car is a Mercedes (2012) and we decide let’s get this car. Signed the paper work, go up to peek at it due to my excitement and boom we see the dent! Couldn’t believe our eyes & right on the lines of the vehicle so very profound. Yes we have before/after pictures! Got an estimate quickly from a very reliable Dent company of $250/$300 but all depends. Our guy actually said “now that’s a dent”. Nope they aren’t picking up the cost for repair even though one of THEIR employees did this to our vehicle that hadn’t even been taken off the lot yet nor driven by us due to waiting for drivers seat button getting fixed. And if that wasn't enough on another day my husband noticed a few guys were having trouble getting it started and he got involved (hubby was up there often making sure things were being addressed due to lack of communication on their end) and yes now we have a battery that doesn’t work. Car sits waiting now for repairs and Brian says “no go” response on battery after we send a lengthy email because they lead us to believe no worries. SO the moral of the story is this. Business integrity is the ability to act with HONESTY & be consistent in whatever it is your doing. If you have it customers feel safe/secure and they won’t feel taken advantage of. They’ll recommend you to others & become advocates wanting success for your business. Makes me sad coming from a family of all small business owners way back to my Grandpa but life is full of lessons. PS... not one time did the owner Jeff Wine get involved and still haven’t heard a word. Treat others as you would want to be treated! That’s how we were raised.. Looking at $600 so far and still can’t drive this car😡😡 #honoryourlistonwebsites #integrity #value #honesty #commitment Today is 10/18/2019 and still NO contact from anyone! Going on almost four weeks now..
