Gary's VACUFLO was in need of a new website and because I years of experience with designing, building and supporting websites prior to joining the company, I was given the responsibility of finding and working with a local web firm to get this critical job done. I started evaluating a number of firms, looking for one that had a proven track record for good creative and technical ability. Another essential requirement was a proven capability for designing and producing a post-launch online promotional campaign because a requirement for this project was that it had to show rapid and significant return on investment. As we started the project, there was a significant communication problem, but I contacted Chief Marketing Officer, Aaron McAdams, and he resolved the problem completely. From that point, deadlines were consistently met and deliverables exceeded expectations. We recently launched our new website and are working on designing the post-launch campaign, which I expect will also be a success.
