Edited - Company seems to be fine. I had some missunderstandings with their interview process but HR called me today and resolved. I appreciate this. It should be good company to work with as their online impression is great.

I have recently joined at SynapseIndia as developer and its been great working here, proper structural working, good salary as per market standards, free meal for employees, & fixed working hours. You can learn how to manage your task along with time. Overall nice place to start and have growth in your career. You also get hike annually, and if u perform good you will get appreciated for your work. HR department is good as well & helpful to the employees. Seniors developer and project manager have good experience and really you can learn alot from them.
