My 5 yr old son has been receiving services from Speech and Occupational Therapy of North Texas, for almost a year now. For Speech, he has had several therapist, due to scheduling conflicts, even had the owner Anne for a period of time. They all have been great, which says ALOT! I have seen a significant improvement in my son's communication, conversation skills, and understanding W questions, which was a struggle for him before he started receiving services. His OT, Cali, is also Amazing! She is so passionate, addresses his sensory needs during Ot, and is good about making it fun! My son also attends ABA of NT, so they come visit him at the ABA of NT McKinney location. This has been so helpful for me with my work schedule , a true God sent!! In May, my insurance Co. decided to conduct an audit to make sure my son's "services" were medically necessary. So for 5 months, Insurance held on paying for all of his services until audit was completed. I was amazed with how patient and supportive, Speech and OT were during this process. The owner, Anne, kept in communication with me during the waiting process and continued services for him despite not being paid for so long! Thankfully.... he was approved this month, so they are FINALLY getting paid for services dating back to May! I am so thankful to have Speech and OT as part of my son's team of therapist. I high recommend them, they are professional, have amazing therapist and truly care about the children!
