The only experience I've had with this company is interviewing for them. I applied online then received a phone interview. I was then asked to come in for assessment tests. One was a personality assessment, another was a keyboarding test, and the last was an IQ test. The IQ test was ridiculous and I would bet those questions are never used on a day-to-day basis in the position for which I applied for. Apparently they only want really smart people working for the. But I can tell you I'm very smart, just because I don't get these ridiculously hard questions correct, of which make no sense, does not mean that I'm not a hardworking and determined employee. I graduated with a 3.96 (out of 4.0) with my Associates Degree and I graduated with a 3.66 (out of 4.0) with my Bachelors Degree. I was a member of Phi Theta Kappa and Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Societies. Now tell me I'm not smart. Your company seems very stuck up.
