Where do I begin? I have to admit it’s taken me a while to post because I’m not the person to publicly bash a company or anyone for that matter but the more I think about it, the more angry I get. This happened in May. They showed up a little late, sure that part is okay. I’m late occasionally, myself. But, in between packing up boxes that still needed stuff in them and taped up + taken to the truck we had a box stolen from us. The Stolen box box had our internet router, WiFi router, and our Amazon Fire TV’s + other electronic devices in it. Well worth over $1,000, WiFi router alone was $300.00. Also, we waitied until we fully unpacked everything to make sure we hadn’t missed it. We loaded this box ourselves and taped it up while they watched, but had them load it with other boxes. Because, that’s what you do right? Well, we have unloaded every box that we had and nothing! It’s not here! They had the U-Haul truck + two or three other vehicles with them so I’m sure it was easy to take a box to one of the other cars. They were fast, so no complaints there. We have tried to reach out by text, email, and on their website but nothing response in return. So after giving them plenty of chances to respond. This is our thanks!
