Portent worked with our company to provide services for a re-branding. Our Marketing team worked with a small accounts person at Portent (this unnamed person STILL works at Portent). This person had a month or so to work with our team in preparation for the cut-over. After kicking off the project, Portent went AWOL during the key preparation times, leaving us completely out to dry. Portent's contact LITERALLY did not respond to emails for weeks during this time. On launch day, Portent remained AWOL. I had to contact a different employee at Portent who I knew through a personal connection. That other employee escalated the matter, and the small accounts team hurriedly and haphazardly tried to rush through their checklist... ON THE DAY OF THE LAUNCH. It was a disaster. To add insult to injury, they still asserted that they were entitled to payment for their "work".This was, without question, the worst vendor experience I've ever had in my professional career. Hiring Portent was a mistake that I'll never be making again, and I'll be sure to inform any and all interested parties the same. Steer clear, you won't regret it.
