Please don’t join this company, worst CEO,mentality he harass employee,once I got selected in the interview and my ug marks were less, he said I will not give salary you should work for free,look at your marks you are not evn eligible.,can’t forget it in my life.,I request you please don’t waste your time by going this company and switching another job in few days.,Lots of companies in Bangalore try on nice one.,

Nispaara is really good at presentation designing and digital marketing. It’s the ideal place for anybody who wanted to have a strong domain knowledge with relevant work experience. This is not a place for time passers. Mr. Sanjay Shankappa, founder Nispaara is building a high potential company with unique market practices. Probably I would suggest them to improve their infrastructure. But overall a good agency to outsource your requirements and awesome place to work.

One of 'the most worst company', i have attended for an Interview. It's not about getting Pass/Fail in an interview. On a day i attended for web developer interview here and i got selected. Interviewer said to me that you have been selected and you can join our company on this particular date. And then i came on that particular date for joining. Just after entering a person called 'sanjay(founder)' interacted with me and i said i have come here for joining. But what he replied me was so Indecent and Un-professional. He replied me in Kannada "I am the decision maker here, without my permission no one can get selected here, If you want you can come and work here but i cannot pay you any salary, suppose if you get some projects to us and work on it then let me think of some salary".Guys, i won't say any more about this company, i hope you can analyse this company after reading my story.!

An unprofessional couple runs that company and employee blood sucker.I suggest to every one if you are not getting any where job then please go to your home town instead of joining this type of company.As per company thinking they will ask you to work for free, and if you will ask salary they will start arguing with you.very less salary 5k per month.So I am requesting all the job seeker please don't join in that company.

I was worked at Nispaara for years as a software engineer, No respect for the employees, and CEO him self pressure his employee to write good reviews about company I don't even want to rate a single star for this people. Coming to Projects After finalizing the design they took half of the payment, afterwords their is no progress in development at all. no call response too. One of the worst company i have seen. Monday to Saturday is working days. on Facilities to employees, No PF, Insurance etc Cheaters. Cheaters. Cheaters.
