My husband and I are first time homebuyers, and we knew from the get go that we wanted a security system on our home. My brother and sister were already JPG customers and raved about Jim and his company. We are so glad we took their recommendation and went through Jim! He came out and took the time to explain everything he thought we needed, and what he thought we didn’t need. He never tried to up-sell us anything, and was very honest about what would work best for us! He inspected the whole house, talked us through everything, and was very personal able. He showed the equipment he uses himself, and how he protects his own family! We were quoted $70 a month through another company, and that was literally more than cut in half by JPG security. Jim really cares about his costumers, and their safety. Then he made sure we got next day installation. The young man who came out and installed everything was also amazing! He installed everything, set up all our apps for us (expect our passwords, their sticklers for privacy lol), and then taught us how to work the monitor and the apps! (All while our toddler kept trying to follow him around ♀️)! THANK YOU JPG!

We had JPG Home Security come out to my house to set me up with a new alarm system. They were awesome to work with and I could not be happier! I would highly recommend JPG Home Secuirty to anyone. Great job guys!

Jim from JPG Home Security Gilbert came by today and inspected our house for a new security alarm system. He was very knowledgeable and straight forward on what types of alarms and sensors our home needed to protect our family, and knowing he was previously in law enforcement it was neat to gen an "inside view" of how criminals work and how we can combat their tactics.We had previously been setup with ADT but it was setup wrong and wasn't completely keeping us safe. Thankfully, Jim got us all setup correctly, and we are glad we used him. We even were able to get a new keypad that works with our cell phone something we really liked.Being a business owner myself, I can really tell when an owner is ethical and trustworthy and Jim and his company definitely fit that description. I'm going to recommend him to any of our friends or family who are interested in home protection or alarm systems.
