I hired Higher Visibility but over 6 months my search engine rankings steadily DECREASED. They made a lot of promises but most of the time their did not follow up with me or respond to my emails and phone calls. When I did reach them they gave convoluted explanations and then passed off my project to five different people. My warning is to be VERY careful doing business with Higher Visibikity. I paid them a handsome sum of money and they did not produce results only excuses.

They have been spot on. Effectively and smoothly handled transition from our former SEO team. Furthermore, we have noticed a considerable increase in organic traffic within 6 months of HV taking over. Kelly has been in touch with me at least twice a month and understands the importance of ongoing communication. Great job team!

Have been grateful to have Kelly as our point person as I have worked with other SEO vendors and am most impressed by Kelly's immediate response to requests, patient explanation of terms and the SEO platform and her obvious gift of true service excellence in her work.
