Feedback:
Only one in line and waited for 10 minutes before anyone ever noticed I was there. Then had the nerve to say that we’re busy when at least 5 employees were standing around. After that it took another 30 minutes to get the fries I ordered after I had to remind them. They showed no sympathy for my wait or frustration but instead returned to stand around while there’s a line out the door. No sense of urgency AT ALL.
