Feedback:

My mother gave a deposit of $6750 in October for a roof. Now she still has no roof and no one contacts her back. Home advisor has removed them from the site. She will be seeking legal action. Do not make the same mistake she did.

This company is a joke! They’ve had our money for six months and we have nothing to show for it! Do not trust the man who owns this company - he won’t even take responsibility for the mess he’s gotten himself into. Blocking numbers and hiding behind the receptionist. Shame on you!

Shady business practices. Would never recommend. Had my roof replaced in 2016. Took six months of phone calls and emails to get a final inspection with the city. I was told the city had a backlog for months until I called the city and found that was not true. Roof is leaking in the same spot it did before it was replaced. Numerous phone calls and texts not returned. I was going to file a complaint with the BBB but the company already has an F grade so it appears they do not care.

This company is horrible. They caused damages and now I have mold in my ceiling. I have been calling them for over 7 months now and no one will return my call. I have been very nice each time I call and they don't care about your families health or fixing their mistake. They lie every time saying someone will come out and fix. They just don't want to do their job. I have patience, but they don't stick to their word on anything. I would recommend they get some better people to work for the company.

If Google had a negative star rating, I would definitely use that for this roofing company! Absolutely horrible. Cashed check, never did ANY work on my home. Will NOT return calls. BBB has their grad as an F, I really wish I'd check that before contacting them. Stay away, stay far, far away.

Hired First Coast Roofing for a new metal roof.....The roof was installed 2 months after the contract was signed however it rattles every time that the wind blows. Very annoying..... in addition the flashing was not installed properly and the new soffets installed sag and have deveopled a large gap in certain places. Called Ed multiple time over 3 months and was assured they would fix it. Finally they showed up and used Car bondo to fill fix the gaps in the soffits and the painted over it. I am not a roof expert but pretty sure that is not the proper fix. The flashing is installed where the water runs against the house instead of away from it and the roof still rattles. My calls go unanswered and I have finally gave up. The only thing I can say is stay away....

This company roofed me and wifes house and did an incredible job ! They beat out 5 of the biggest companies in Jacksonville fl in price and gave us a better overall product to! These workers didn't stop until it was perfect ! This company was some of the nicest people on the phone and in person to ! They were trustworthy and fair and will not hesitate to use them again! Thank You Roberts First Coast Roofing !

Took them 6 months the to put the new roof on and than they never offered me an architectural roof which is what I would have preferred. No wind mitigation report.

Stick to one thing, sloppy work, they paint anything in your yard, the don't put things back where they belong, they removed my outdoor lighting, did not replace them, left trash around my yard, no respect for your property

I was excited initially to work with this company. Scott the project manager came out and explained the process for having his PA get with my insurance company to get a claim approved for my new roof. When it was time to for them to get my deductible and the check from the insurance company they were right on time! anytime after that i was constantly having to call and check when work was going to begin. I was always told one thing and then the opposite happened. Communication is the WORST. No one calls to let you know there are delays. My calls started going unanswered. I explained to Scott when he picked up our money that we were moving and needed the roof done to close on our house. I was told they would start the following week on Friday. I haven't seen or heard from them yet. Never going to recommend them to anyone.
