Digital Dot Systems has come a LONG way since I first stared dealing with them a few years ago.Today, they're amazing at everything they do. They're super helpful, and will go out of their way to help if they can, often for free. If they can fix your computer problem on the spot, they probably won't charge you for it. They're the best, and have gotten me out of a few jams. I highly recommend Digital Dot Systems.

Really cool, friendly and experienced staff of technicians. Had an issue with our iPhone not charging. They troubleshot, determined the problem and came up with a solution in no time. Got it fixed in a couple days and barely had to pay anything! They mainly do apple products but I believe that they will help you with other computer brands as well. Thanks Vincent!

Very nice staff but the pricing did not match what I could get from Apple directly. This is not the first time I've found this to be true on MacOS and IOS related hardware. You may or may not get a quicker turnaround on your repair but you won't get many of the benefits of having an actual Apple repair. Go direct and save.
