The worst appartment I have ever found. The Assistant manager who doesn't know customer care. She doesn't know how to talk to people, very mean. She needs Human resources skills. I lived there 13 months, the AC was broken than a month, it was linking for 3 weeks. Technicians fixed it, few hours later, it was broken down again.What matters, is the money/ the rent , not the wellbeing of the people.It is so sad because the apartments have a very good emplacement with beautiful trees and water. But can't enjoy those.
