We had to install a radon system in order to sell our home in Westminster. We aren’t benefitting from the system, but the new owners are! We had no idea what to expect. The system is very sleek looking. The fan is quiet outside and won’t disturb the quiet on the patio. Colorado Radon Pros were very thorough. They also were very clean and neat with the installation. We would highly recommend them to Everyone needing a radon system.

Great experience with this organization. I would highly recommend Dillon and Nick if you are looking to have radon mitigation or radon testing taken care of in the Denver area. They are both extremely knowledgeable about radon and have great experience in construction. Their pricing was fair and their service was excellent.

Very professional consulting and installation. Reasonable costs, and they take pride in doing great work.I needed some work done on the radon system in order to prepare to sell my house. Nick was professional, quick and the results excellent.

Nick was awesome. I called and he came the next day to install my unit. I had a radon monitor and he told me to reset it the next day (after installation of fan) and check it in 48 hours.The levels came back at around 8. He then came and dropped off his professional monitoring unit, he came back 48 hours later and noticed it was still higher. He changed the fan out for a bigger one and than noticed a water bottle was lodged in the actual PVC pipe (thanks contractors). Thankfully he found that.I than asked if he could move the passive system (installed when house was built) in the slab because it had multiple elbows and would have complicated my renovation of my basement. He obliged and now my levels are much better.I was extremely pleased with his work and recommend everyone to use them. Great pricing compared to other locations. PS RadonAway Fans won’t honor a warranty unless a professional radon contractor installs one. One of the main reasons I hired someone to do it.Thanks again Nick!
