Outdoor Catering They will be right on time.I am not sure if we need to count the plates, but I will take their word.Plate size is small.They will put very less kurma in the masala dosa, So you that you will ask more of it and since it takes more time, you will end up eatingIdly or other items.The person making Dosa will be very rude to discourage the Eaters. He will be fine with the person who pays for it.Kharapodi will be only available on multiple requests.Please take a picture of food the moment its spread in the Table, to negotiate it for later discussions.Please take Videos while he makes Dosa’s to show the size and kurma he puts, I failed to do it or else I would have updated to YouTube.There would be another assistant at the food counter doing nothing.You need to keep requesting for Wada as it gets finished.He will roast Wada half, so that people eats less.1-2 Litre of Coconut chutney would be there irrespective of number of people.He will put very thin & long spoon in Chutney to discourage eating.They will try to push their Sweet - Pineapples Kheera, which is nothing but Rawa Halwa.Uthappam will be made of size Idly but half its depth. There should be one rough dedicated person from beginning to the end who can keep an eye on these guys and pay less if something finishes or is not upto the standard.Sometimes they do add Transport charges, speak to the customer care for more clarificationIf other restaurants like Sangeetha or Chennai Dosa is any better, I need to try yet.
