Very frustrating experience with the customer service and delivery. We bought a stove and fridge in August. The delivery guys made multiple damages to our wall. When we contacted customer service, they said someone will contact us but nobody contacted us. Every time we contacted customer service they just said someone will get in touch with us but no one ever did. We had a confusion regarding our counter top height. The sales person said that the delivery guys will adjust the stove height. However, the delivery crew said, that is not their job. They never do that for any customer. The overall experience was really frustrating. Do not go to this store even if you get a better deal.
