Referred one of my clients that I ran a campaign for back east to BlueHat and five months later, they have been fantastic in transitioning his company from campaign mode to steady search engine lead generation. No false promises, a real breakdown of how modern SEO (SEO 2.0) really works, and seamless in creating continuous content that really fits with what the business does. They are also easily accessible in terms of checkins or explanations, which for people without a lot of technical know-how, is very reassuring to have. All in all, a great recommendation that I will not hesitate to make again.

We worked with Bluehat for over a year now, their team is very knowledgable. I say they have one of the best customer service considering what i have been through with other SEO companies. We worked with BlueHat Marketing for over 5 years in total. There services started off well & went on that way for the first 2-3 years but it was all downhill from there. The last 1-2 years was not good. They were not performing anywhere close to the way they did previously & the customer service response time was horrible but they never missed a payment from us. Along with making their own changes / adjustments to our website as opposed to listening to our requests & following through or discussing it with us... That "SIGN RIGHT HERE" attitude with a major lack of customer service / support. It's been over 6 months that we {and another company that I know the owners of that encountered a similar situation} no longer work with them. We both managed to find a replacement & gladly, we are already experiencing positive results.NB: In response to your reply {who ever you are "The BlueHat Team"}, I don't trust your services anymore after playing with my livelihood once but a reimbursement {for the lack of work put into our site / campaign over the last 2 years} would definitely show that you take your business & clients seriously along with being held accountable.
