Bad company they install Chinese glass and pay customer and insurance agents to place good reviews and give them customer never on time for appointments don't be fooled more companies out there same owner of century Auto Glass which is currently being investigated by better business bureau for fraud in Tucson Az!!

I called Auto Glass Factory to replace the back glass on my Toyota Tundra pickup. They had a technician at my house the following morning! He was extremely professional, easily removed the entire back window and installed a brand new one in record time. It was a difficult job, requiring the removal of the entire back seat and seatbelts. He handled the task without hesitation or issues, a sign of years of experience and professionalism. I have used Auto Glass Factory in the past for a windshield and back glass on my Lexus, it has always been a very pleasant experience! They contact my insurance company, arrange the claim and collecting, my responsibility to the entire process is minimal. My choice for auto glass for all my vehicles will always be Auto Glass Factory! Thanks for the outstanding work and experience!!

I always call auto glass factory for any windshield replacements! They always do an amazing job and are very friendly. I often leave the keys with them as I go run errands, I trust him completely.
