The service use to be good. I now have a new pool guy that comes out and he half cleans the pool. I pay extra because of the jacuzzi. In the last two weeks that have not cleaned my jacuzzi. I contacted the company and they never returned my call. After several attempts, I finally reached them for the second time. They tried to blame the problem on me. I actually watched the guy clean my pool the past week. When I walked away I thought that he had cleaned the entire pool. When I returned I noticed that he did not clean the jacuzzi.
