Westminster House | Cheshire, United Kingdom, 101Zool digital was formed in 2013 by Steve and Dan, two friends who first met each other on the delivery ward having been born only three days apart in the same Stockport hospital.
Like most kids, they spent much of their childhood chasing footballs and playing video games. As time went by, their football skills reached the inevitable average, but their gaming skills had progressed to coding their own.

This inherent love for a keyboard, mouse and monitor was never too far away, and they both developed skills in web design and development. This interest never diminished and whilst university took them in different directions, throughout they remained friends.

Steve continued in his career in IT that resulted in him heading up the global deployment of CRM systems and digital marketing strategies for one of the top FTSE 100 companies. This experience gave him a vast knowledge needed to design, manage and drive successful campaigns, on time and importantly, always to budget.

Whilst Dan has spent much of his career in the corporate financial services world, working for major international financial institutions, providing advice to small businesses across the North West. Outside of the “day job,” he continued to use his creative skills, designing and developing countless websites and working on a number of video production and audio engineering projects. All of these elements mean he now heads up the creative side of Zool digital whilst understanding how the business ticks.
