I found myself in a difficult situation after my rental property was severely damaged by water. I called a number of companies and was unable to get anyone to come out the next day. That is until I connected with XSI. From the first time I spoke with Greg, he has been nothing but professional, dedicated, and efficient. XSI immediately got to work on preparing a rebuild estimate and sending it to my insurance carrier. During the two months I worked with XSI they have always showed up on time and patiently answered my questions. I was impressed with how they kept to a tight timeline without taking any shortcuts and delivered a condo that looked better than the old one. A special shout out to Jason who worked from morning to evening making sure the condo was absolutely perfect for my tenants to move-in. I hope I never have to go through this experience again, but if I do XSI will be the first and only call I make.

This past January our church in east Cobb had a pipe burst, and XSI helped us clean up the damage, dry it out, and re-build everything. Greg and his team worked quickly to make sure our needs were met and that the job was finished beyond our expectations. Now we are using them to mitigate and repair a leak at our home in our master bathroom. They've been so helpful communicating with our insurance company. They are quick, thorough, and helpful every step of the way. I cannot recommend high enough.

I had a water heater that burst causing serious damage to a guest suite in my basement, walls, carpet and furniture. XSI came in and handled all the repairs with the maximum professionalism. They assisted me with a stressful time and management and work crews were there for me and got the restoration completed in a timely time frame. Excellent work and true professionals, I will recommend this company for any disaster one might encounter.

Wonderful group of professionals to work with! Walking through a fire that gutted the Olde Homeplace, Greg and Rodney took diligent notes and kept constant communication throughout the whole process of the restoration. I must mention, that I had special requests that were all-met with great quality and care! I would definitely think of this group of professionals first --- before going anywhere else! Five stars!

I had a pipe burst in my garage and called XSI to get a professional opinion on the right way to remediate. They came out FAST on a Saturday and gave me a honest assessment that the job did not require professional remediation! Not often these days that you find such honesty and integrity in business. You bet I'll be calling these guys again the next time something in my house floods or catches fire (hopefully never!).

They came in found the problem area's, let us know how long it was going to take, and got the job done. My mother feels a lot safer in her home knowing that all of the mold is now gone. Even the owner of the company came out to view the infected areas and how they were treating them to get the job done. Thank you for your help!
