I chose this office specifically from Internet reviews and researching, and their strong female-driven staff was a plus! I have very bad oral genetics and have had problems my entire life. I have seen many periodontists; I have seen another implant specialist, with whom I was NOT impressed. Dr. O made my initial visit and probing very tolerable, and I was so impressed with how comfortable I was talking with her. She was very clear in communicating that I would likely not have clear answers without a fuller picture since I have so much going on, with chronic gum disease and significant bone loss. The whole staff, from the moment I checked in to my departure, was kind and professional. I am thrilled to have finally found a periodontist in which I am completely confident!

Just returned home from my 1st consultation and I’m very pleased. They were very gentle while digging around my mouth and great personalities there. When paying my bill for today I was very happy with the pricing and how they helped me lower my cost. They are positive even when your teeth aren’t so great and help you feel better about getting them fixed up. Even tho I’m not a fan of the dentist my anxiety lowered after visiting with them.

OMG, I never thought it would be nice to go to see a dentist, I spent my life running from their chairs : ). Not anymore, Frisco Dental has the best staff I’ve ever seen, they are very professional in every single detail, the assistants and doctors are world class, the installations are very clean and modern and the location very convenient. Big kudos to Patricia for always being on top of everything and for keeping me up to date with my appointments.

I finally found a honest surgeon who wasn't trying to rip me off, and they're all ladies. I wish I could give them 10 stars, the receptionist was very helpful and super friendly, I had an honor to be treated by Dr. Ovsharenko, such a wonder, pain free, I thought she was trying to find a way to pull out my wisdom tooth, then she go : All done! Good job. I was like are you kidding me? She pulled out the whole tooth without any complications, that lady knows what she is doing and with perfection. Price wise? unbeatable, I went to 4 surgeons, I felt I was going to get ripped off. She called me this evening to check on me. I highly recommend that office, such a great experience, you ladies are rocking, Spasibo ogromnoye.

Professional and painless!I chose Dr. Ovcharenko for my surgical removal of three wisdom teeth and couldn't be happier with the way the procedure went! From the moment of entering the wait room and being greeted by the friendliest, most accommodating stuff until the very moment of exiting the dental office, I knew, I could trust the stuff and didn't need to doubt - all my needs will be taken care of. After thoroughly explaining to me what steps exactly and how she will be taking them, Natalia talked to me about what I should expect during the process. I wasn't prepared to leave the dental office in less than two hours with all the necessary work done. Dr. took her time, yet, it was still so fast for the amount of anesthesia, rocking, wagging and pulling that nor me nor her assistant expected that to happen. I would travel out of state to get an appointment there, I am lucky enough to live in DFW area with such great professionals who know and care about their job as much as patients.

I had a great experience at West Frisco Dental and Implants! First time customer. There was absolutely no wait time. I walked through the door let them know I was here, sat In waiting area and within 30 seconds they called me back to start the appointment. All staff from the receptionist, the technician and the dentist, all were inviting and smiled throughout the time I was there. All questions were answered. My dental cleaning was gentle, as I have sensitive teeth and usually cringe at having to get my teeth cleaned. There was no pain involved with this cleaning. The dentist was thorough and explained to me everything that she saw as normal and as abnormal about my teeth. There was no upsell on anything. I requested an estimate and explanation about Invisalign and that was given to me promptly through email after the appointment. I would highly recommend this dentist office. And the location is right across the street from my housing area!
