We hired Soapy after trying many other Halifax cleaning services. We tried small independent cleaners and larger chains. We have yet to find a company that offers anywhere near Soapy's level of professionalism and customer service.The teams Soapy sends are friendly and hard-working. They clean until the job is done ~ way better than we ever could.We would definitely recommend this service.

Terrible service. I had an appointment scheduled and received an email confirmation the night before. After waiting an hour and a half after the scheduled time no one showed up. I called them and the service rep was unable to tell me what was going on. They told me they would consult the schedule and call me back. After waiting for 10 minutes I still hadn't received a call so I called them back. They informed me that they would not be able to complete the service and would need to reschedule. They said they had sent me an email the night before asking to reschedule (which they had not). On top of all of that you are required to provide a payment method (credit card) when scheduling the appointment. I was suspicious that this was a scam based on that fact but they have not charged my card as of yet, thankfully.

Wonderful experience with Soapy Cleaning, from the office folks to the cleaning crew, everyone was professional, pleasant, and extremely helpful. I've recommended the company to friends, and will happily use their services again! The house looked great when all was finished!! Many thanks for such excellent service!

We use Soapy Cleaning Company to handle the turnovers for the 25 Airbnb rentals we manage in Halifax. We would not be able to do it without them!They are efficient, thorough and punctual so we get 5 star reviews every time. Their cleaners are specially trained for Airbnb cleanings so they always notify right away us if anything is damaged or missing.
