Overall Feedback:
Terrible service. I had an appointment scheduled and received an email confirmation the night before. After waiting an hour and a half after the scheduled time no one showed up. I called them and the service rep was unable to tell me what was going on. They told me they would consult the schedule and call me back. After waiting for 10 minutes I still hadn't received a call so I called them back. They informed me that they would not be able to complete the service and would need to reschedule. They said they had sent me an email the night before asking to reschedule (which they had not). On top of all of that you are required to provide a payment method (credit card) when scheduling the appointment. I was suspicious that this was a scam based on that fact but they have not charged my card as of yet, thankfully.
