Horrible phone service. try to call them all day, no one answers. leave numerous voice messages, emails. no response. terrible customer service

They were helpful & got my request handled with in a matter of a few minutes. I was given step by step instructions & I have ZERO complaints. I was kind of fearful to call them because of the negative reviews. I had a GREAT experience! 👍👍

Where to begin..limited size on email attachments they will accept..i had to google for an alternate number to reach them since they never answered the number they gave me..and now after complaining to Toyota, I may have to take legal action

LOL all the bad reviews are from people who had their vehicles repossessed due to non-payment. That should be a good sign for any financial institution looking for experts in the asset recovery field.

I sent proof of insurance to them at 1123 am right away on the day my car was repossessed, and they failed to get back to me the same afternoon after being told it "had to go across a managers desk" and it ended up costing me an extra day of storage fees after I was willing and able to pay for and pick up the car the same day it was taken. Since they dragged their heels processing the redemption of my vehicle, it not only cost me an extra days storage, but also a ton of money to have me driven to and picked up from work, and then had to wait till almost 2 pm the following day before I got a call from the yard that the redemption was processed. Initially They told me it could be 24-72 hours, which to me is complete utter BS.

You know if you aren't open on Sat or Sun you shouldn't have someone hold for the next available representative all day. Try night mode on your phone system or I don't know voice mail?!?

One of the biggest SCAMS EVER, Funny thing is that every employee that has a linkedin on this place has their first and last name, which is then led to everything else, if they are calling people's home's I guess people should start calling the employees home's as well? We live in an industry where everything is on the internet.I would say one of the biggest scams ever, I have emailed every board member and you will see who those people are that ignore those people like myself.I have been waiting for about 4 months now for JUST AN EMAIL.I will be calling the Nashville, TN (TV NEWS NETWORKS AS WELL)This is not humane

If I could give his place 0 stars I could. I called about a release and asking a very simple question, I received an uncertain "I don't knooow 24 hours?" after asking to get me someone who did know, The employee became offended and started being extremely rude and still did not let me speak to someone who DID know the answers to my questions. A very simple task turned so complicated because she did not know. Very simple solution, Find someone who has the answers and be a little patient with people.
