As a small business, our team just doesn't have the bandwidth to closely monitor our ppc ads so it has been a blessing to have Portent take the reins in this area. We've been working with them for just under a year and they have always been very professional, thoughtful with their approach, and responsive. We have received excellent customer service. My only constructive feedback would be I feel that the text/copy they come up with isn't always the most clever/creative, so if that were to improve, my review would definitely be a solid 5 stars. But overall, we're pleased with their services.
