My review is strictly based on the interview process as I was asked about my religion and a couple of other things that's not OK to ask at interviews, so that tells me what kind of company this is. I've visited this place twice in the 4 year period. Not going there again.

They spent over a year earning my business through persistent, useful information, without being a bother, and when it came time to renew my lease' with their competitor, they were right there with a better offer. They took the time to really get to know my business, and put together a package that met my needs better, at a lower cost, than my previous company. I recommend Brian, Doug, Erika, and the whole MCC team without hesitation to any organization for their office equipment needs."

MCC has been so great to deal with when "shopping" to replace our copier here at B & G. It took months to research all our options, but Caleb and Brian were so patient and professional with all my questions and adjustments, and made the choice of MCC so much easier. The Toshiba copier is superior, and so is the service from MCC!

I am with Diversified Conveyors here in Memphis and have been looking to source our copy machines for our remote jobs sites. Caleb Barlow came through in the clutch and did a great job on short notice. Great price but more importantly he communicated with his dealer out of state to get me my machine there in a hurry. Quick and easy so 2 thumbs up!

At the end of 2018, I began exploring options for a local company to take over the maintenance and updates of our CCTV system. After sitting down with MCC and learning about their company, it didn't take long to realize they were the best option for us. Reliable, attentive and helpful would be the 3 major takeaway words that I'd use about our experience with MCC so far. I would and already have highly suggested them to other organizations in the community.

Their service and attentiveness is top notch and very professional!!! They replaced our old copier. Stephan Leinberg did a great job getting all systems a go. Tim Barlow gave me a tutorial on the new printer... He knew EVERYTHING!!!! Brian Berry and Caleb Barlow, made shopping for a new copier very welcoming. Overall, everyone is very professional. What ever problem or question you may have, they will walk you through it. If you are ever in the market for a new copier, these guys are you best stop!!!

MCC provides our postage meter and mailing equipment. After years of poor service from a competing vendor, we had Joel and Brittney present us with our options. The presales service was outstanding. Where MCC has really shone as a partner to us has been after the sale. They are there for us whenever we need them. Joel is really good about just checking in with us periodically to make sure things are running smoothly. They have quickly moved from new vendor to trusted partner.

I'm super thankful that I was referred to MCC over 10 years ago!!!! They have made my life easier, and invoicing our customers much more efficient than our previous process. Joel Kiedis is my sales rep, and the more I work with him, the more impressed I become. He is what I call a need-meeter. He's ALWAYS responsive and helpful with whatever I need. The service department is amazing as well. Lee Parrish is the service tech I always ask for because he NEVER FAILS. I know that if there's an issue, he will fix it. I don't know what else to say about MCC except that everyone I've ever dealt with there has been awesome to work with. Just all-around great people, and a great company.

I am with Lurie & Associates and have been working with Tim Barlow for many years.....all of which have been delightful!. The representative (Stefon) that set up our new copier was awesome also! This company gives the best service and is really great to work with! Highly recommend!

With pleasure, I write this letter to let you know Tim Barlow came by this afternoon to help with a printing problem I was having here at Memphis-area Home Education Association. He went out of his way to solve it. Tim has been outstanding help on many occasions and today was no exception.I expressed another need with a print issue I was having because we had purchased a new lap top. He walked me through it so I could accomplish that job and also another one on the copier with e-filing in only a few strokes. Since I did not grow up with today's technologies, this was a huge help. He always gives me enough time so I understand the process and goes above and beyond to help me become more efficient and knowledgeable about the process. What a wonderful world it would be, if more people were willing to do their job with such a wonderful attitude.
