In 1972, Dean Berry Jr., his late wife Sandy and their five children at the time moved from Arlington Heights, Illinois where Dean had completed a ten-year career with Bell & Howell. Dean started his sales career at the early age of twenty years old and was the youngest salesmen in the History of Bell and Howell. By Twenty Three, he was the Youngest Sales Manager in the Company leading the Chicago Branch of Bell & Howell to National Sales Records. His success as a Sales Manager opened opportunities for increased responsibility within Bell & Howell. Dean was promoted to Sales Training Manager, Manager Personnel Development, National Sales Manager and ultimately Director of Dealer Sales.
