THE TASK
You will be responsible for :-
Acting as the primary point of contact to clients for their enquiries, and other service-related issues. Working closely with internal stakeholders. Supporting the daily operations for loans servicing by ensuring all requests are processed in a timely and accurate manner, in line with internal service standards. Reviewing credit documents and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure documentation is complete as per the internal policy and guidelines.
Monitoring of qualified clients and tackle by building a close rapport and relationship. Ensuring collateral valuation, monitoring and reconciliation with original documents. Seeking out new clients, stakeholders or agents to offer our services too.
THE CANDIDATE
You have at least 3 years experience working in Financial Services, or any experience in sales. You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes. You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
