Overall Feedback:

I don't know how they got my email address, but they keep sending me reports with 0%, which I assume they're calling my office and wasting our time on the phone. I haven't paid for a service with this company, and I really dislike spam. There's no way to unsubscribe from these reports. One star for not being able to get rid of unsolicited emails and phone calls. :)UPDATE: I don't know if we'll ever find out about the source of the emails, but I appreciate a business that responds and tries to fix things for perfect strangers. Still haven't done any business with this company, but it seems like they are very respectable people.
