Inteltrix was reasonably priced and very responsive with communication. I was impressed with their PSD to HTML services -- our website, ArizonaTime [dot] org, looks and works as I hoped, and has a responsive layout that behaves as expected. The functionality of the site required several revisions and fixes along the way, but our requirements were quite intricate. They never questioned my responses or tried to charge me extra, but made fixes in a timely manner. I am happy I decided to work with them after a dismal failure through another developer I found on a freelance website.
