Extremely unprofessional and bad service. They have kept my AED 500 deposit for over a month, and are not responding to messages. I am a regular visitor to Dubai and will not be using them again, they have lost a customer due to this dishonesty. I finally got my deposit after calling them for over 1 month and messaging them every week. Do not use this car rental, the cars are also dirty and have allot of mileage on them.

Good service but most of the people working there smell pretty bad. Try to rent the car over the phone and ask them to deliver the car to you. That way you can avoid all the bad smells. You're welcome.

PLEASE I ASK ALL PEOPLE NOT TO RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THIVES AND ONLY HERE TO MAKE MONEY AND NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Be careful of Abdul Rahman, Fatima, and the rest of the uneducated staff there. The worse rent a car company in UAE. Unfortunately I have been a customer of there’s for too long and I regret it took me too long to understand what bad service I was getting. They have many hidden fees that they won’t mention in the beginning. They say now the new law is to charge the customer for pick up and drop off of the car in addition to the rent fees and late fees and extra mileage fees. If they can give discount on the pick up and drop off fees then common sense says there’s no new law to implement. The owner Abdul Rahman sounds like a nice guy but he’s nothing but nice. For him it’s only about money. He doesn’t care about customer service or customer happiness. He said to me once that now he has many good customers so he can’t give me a better rate, implying that he doesn’t care if I take the rent a car or not. Abdul Rahman rent a car company goes under many names; - Abdul Rahman Ahmad Transport LLC- Bahawal Pur Transport LLC - Future star rent a car This office is located in a flat that looks dirty and as a customer it made me feel uncomfortable. When it comes to the deposit, it takes 14 days for them to refund it back to you. After 14 days no one from the company will call you to do a follow up. You will have chase them for many weeks. Once it took me 5 months to get my deposit back. When I arranged a drop off place for the deposit, they had charged 50 dirhams for that service. It’s day light robbery. Their fees are unjustified, and they use the “new rule” to implement high fees for there services. Their cars are dirty, unmaintained, with poor hygiene. Their drivers are dirty and unprofessional, smell like they came from the gym and talk bad English. There are many better rent a car companies in UAE that work for the satisfaction of the customer and not only for money. Abdul Rahman doesn’t know how to talk to his customers. He’s not understanding of people’s time.

They literally stole my deposit. 500aed. They refused to give it back to me in cash when I returned the car (which was in a terrible condition when they gave it to me) and told me I had to wait 15 days and they would deposit it in to my account. It's been 20 days and they are now ignoring my messages and haven't responded at all. Completely criminal and I'm already in touch with authorities regarding it.I won't stop until I get it back. Please avoid no matter what happens!
