Ari did a great job drying out our family room after a flood. We were desperate on a Saturday and he answered the call and couldn’t have been more professional. After his initial visit, he made sure to follow up every day until the area was dry. We were very happy with the service from start to finish.

I want to start out with saying thank you to flood Pro for helping me in my time of need not only did they show up quickly and work efficiently at their tasks but they help me with my insurance company citizens as they tried to get out of their requirement due to the flood damage flood Pro guided me through every step of the way and assured me that they would be there till the insurance company did what they were required to do flood pro has noticed insurance companies that are out there bullying the Baby Boomers who reside in Florida into a given up or accepting what the insurance companies are willing to give they made it there responsibility Maybe not officially but morally to make sure that does not happen to any client they show up to help with their flood situation now you can put up both hands and start counting companies that do that and the only finger you going to raise his for flood Pro their job was done they could have left their job was done but their moral compass would not let them and this is a rare thing in today's world it may sound corny but it's a fact flood Pro is a moral and ethical company not just an efficient and excellent company at their craft their morality and compassion and commitment to make sure that the client is not being taken advantage of by the insurance company it's something they did not have to do but chose to do it didn't put a penny in their pocket in fact it might even cost them more then just leaving but they didn't and that says a lot for the character of the people in this company I hope I never get a flood again but if I do I know I'll be calling flood Pro of Florida LLC. Com. Major compassion and commitment to their clients be returned tenfold to them and their loved ones once again I want to thank them not for the excellent work but for their compassion to rare thing these days may God bless them all once again thank you flood Pro

Excellent staff and very professional. They helped manage the damages to our home in addition to keeping track of all of the necessary documents required for insurance. Ari was polite, knowledgeable, and dependable, a real breath of fresh air in an otherwise horrible situation.

Look no further. If every company operated as efficiently as this one, doing business would be a breeze. I had a year long fight with an insurance company over a leak that resulted in mold, eventually needing legal action. Mr. Figueroa and his company went over and above my expectations to remediate and remedy the mold, and cleanup was superb! He is a TRUE professional! THANK YOU FLOOD PRO!

Flood Pro gave us outstanding service all needed help in remediating the flood in our condo and helping with all possible aspects of repair, Ari and his well qualified team arrived on scene quickly after the emergency and stayed as long as needed. They made regular return visits to finish remaining work and monitor the remediation process, Ari made thorough documentation of the damage with photographs, and was personally on hand to meet the claims adjuster. They took initiative to handle tasks in every detail including boxing up household belongings and prep work for the flooring contractors. When we we had to relocate for repairs, they arranged to transport everything needed at our convenience moving out and back in again. As promised Ari did not approach us for one penny of billing but went through our insurance company for all of their claims. Flood Pro scheduled all services at our convenience and was prompt and reliable in providing them until the job was thoroughly accomplished. In a difficult time they were an invaluable help.

Super fast professional service!! Couldnt ask for a better company came out in less than an hour and I called them at 2am!! Woke up to flooding due to my toilet overflowing! They were super professional and they assumed the responsibility as if it was their home. They answered every question. If you have homeowners insurance don't worry seriously they have covered. They will take pictures , do inventory and are very thorough. Their best interest is your home water free and they are in no rush to make a mistake. They come out to your home everyday to make sure the there is water is drying. Ari the owner oversees EVERYTHING and answered every question I had. This company has OCD and you couldn't ask for a better company when dealing with the fears of water damage. I am a 1st time homeowner and searching on Google the big companys returned my calls later the next day. 24 hours to this company means 24 hours trust me it's a difference. I write many reviews but and trust I'm am a real deal critic. Thank you Flood Pro for being super professional.Support Mr.Ari is a Veteran while we sleep at night this man has done his due diligence for you me and this country!
