These people may know how to replace a cellphone cover. But they will butcher a ps 4 system.... which is what their partner store on 22 street did. They all but destroyed the mother board to fix a power supply that needed to be soldered.. gave us someone elses hard drive. Took it else where to be fixed the mans a genius... took his time and it works. When I receive the copy of everything he did I'll post it so you can get someone honest to fix your system god forbid anything happens to it.... these people boast to be the best but they lie to get you in their shop.. never trust ultra for anything... but a new cover on your phone.... there was a guy picking up his phone and they messed it up.. he was threating them with cops etc..when I left

Brought my Galaxy phone here and had it repaired in no time. Went to 3 other stores that said they couldn't, but this place did what the others said was impossible. Justin is an expert in everything phone, he's the wizard tech that other places aspire to be like.

Place was awesome got the job done we're super helpful and kind whould 100 percent recommend both the lady and her coworker Bryan and Kayla or something like that (people working the store at 430 on a Friday) whould go back again anytime so nice after being turned down by batteries plus who "chould fix but don't do that " reffering to a brand new Samsung tab s4

Brought in a S7 with a shatter back and he replaced it in literally 5min if not less. $40 for a no logo. Super friendly customer service. Would use again.
