Terrible service, I stopped by to look around specifically for some antique doors. It was 530 they say they close at 6pm. The manager or clerk (Ruben) was particularly unhelpful and his poor costumer service skills became overtly apparent when I simply asked about some of items on the floor. He again claimed that they were closed and I left. My advice is if you close at 530 then simply change your posted hours. What a waste of time. There's a antique door in the front of the store if the owner of it wants to sell it please reach out.

Sold my furniture there in January and was told I would get a call regarding my payment. I have called three times now and each time I call I am told I will get a call. None yet and it is the last day of February. Whem I purchased furniture here I had to pay at the time of purchase. Now that my items are sold I have to wait almost two months for payment?

I'm very impressed with the service I received from Victor. Came in to get links removed and bands added to a couple watches. Victor had it all done the same afternoon and even threw in an extra band for no charge when I mentioned that I'd prefer having two. Victor is a great guy and has easily earned my business for any future watch needs.

I had been looking for a Cartier Calibre gold watch for quite sometime. I met Dan through a referral and he did not disappoint. I felt safe and secure and was very satisfied with his efforts and patience throughout this transaction. This was a very expensive purchase and id like to mention this was all done online. I'd do it all over again!

Very pleasant experience with Estates Consignments. I was a little hesitant at the beginning, but after I spoke on the phone with Dan, I felt more comfortable and I ordered a large diamond ring. The ring was in excellent condition and came with a GIA Certificate. Shipping very fast, impeccable packing. They even resize the ring for me at no extra cost.I will always recommend Estates Consignment to all my friends.

Five stars for a fast and positive transaction with Estates Consignment. I had an old watch inherited from my dad, that was not working and I was planning to sell for the gold value. They recommended to take the watch and fix it in order to make more money. They have a watchmaker in the store that fixed my watch in less than 2 weeks, with all the waiting for parts that were ordered.I left the watch in consignment with them and I made 5 time more money than I expected. Thank you Estates Consignments for being honest with me.I will come back for sure!
