My company didn't have the greatest experience with Disruptive Advertising. For my company's field, healthcare, though they promised they had lots of experience with dentists, they didn't bring a whole lot of expertise to my ad campaign. Specifically, their approach was poorly refined and spent our advertising dollars like monopoly money: We went through thousands of dollars before they figured out that we needed to better refine the Google Ads. Yes, we know there is a learning curve with new marketting campaigns, but given their supposed expertise, they should have started our campaigns with better data, keywords, and ad groups. Our cost per acquisition (CPA) with them was well over $200 - the industry standard is $150. However, what really was unfortunate was that towards the end of our contract, my contact at Disruptive Advertising (who I won't name) got lethargic and slow to respond to my emails - we had to remind him that we were still their client. Bottom Line: For healthcare advertising - we don't recommend them. They didn't bring the expertise to help us acquire new patients.
