Offshore developers usually have one of the following: great communication and customer service OR strong development skills OR affordable rates. Rarely do they have more than one. Deftsoft has all 3! I'm super tough to impress and hate wasting time on ineffective developers. So I spend a ton of time researching, interviewing, and trialing several developers before moving forward. Deftsoft instantly stood out from the crowd as soon as I found them, and they consistently exceed my expectations by producing quality results, delivering when they say they will, and being a pure pleasure to work with every time. So, its time to say the final good bye to this elite organisation in the Tri-City. Thank you Ajay sir for getting me into it at the initial stage and thanks to the BIG people in the management who found the agile person in me, to induct me in this organisation. One thing is for sure that, this orgnisation will shape the best out of you if you have the will and determination to excel. A person with a good heart and the leadership quality to bring an individual to a level from where he/she can reach where they want in life.
