I was excited that they took my appointment 2 days before I needed them. The gentleman that came out was professional and took approximately 30 mins to inspect my property. I wanted to give this company 2 1/2 stars due to his promise time on the report need. His promise was by Monday afternoon, no later than end of business day. I had to call SEVERAL times, even my realtor called. I had to tell the receptionist if it wasn't received by a certain time, I wanted a refund. I did receive my report eventually but it really put me in a bind and added pressure to complete what I needed in a timely manner. However thank you all for coming out.
