Hope we could write here without giving any star. From my side -0 star for Chettinad burgundy.One of my friends bought a flat at chettinad burgundy they were told to get possession in the moth of January 2019 but had been delaying giving excuses that possession will be given to you next month. Such way they finally failed all the times with their false commitment. My friend all the time used to try to contact them but they never responded over phone or through emails. He is still paying EMI as well as high Rent in the hope of getting possession. Finally with a big lose of money and health due to false commitment of chettinad they thought of coming out of this trauma with the cancellation of the property but still Chettinad and team kept them forcing to buy the flat or get and pay a huge loss of money. What I am mentioning here is just nothing. The way Chettinad and team harassed my friend is not being elaborated here.
