Overall Feedback:
Paid for aeration and seeding this past fall (2018) due to many bare spots related to the killing off of crab grass and weeds and is was expensive. Spring of 2019 many bare spots remain!! Had crab grass and weed treatment and now have more weeds than ever!! I called 4 times to express my concern, Barb (who is very nice) informs me she told Bernie the owner and that he would be stopping by. He never showed. I called last week and gave them to Monday to show or they would be fired. Well I guess Farmers does care about losing clients b/c they never showed. Very disappointing but like a good relationship gone sour it time to find someone new. Please consider this review b/c if he does care about one client then who is to say that he not going to care about you!
