From the planning stages, down to the completed project I could not be happier with Big Island Pond Remodeling and my new kitchen. Michelle and Fred were great to work with and communicated throughout the project with me. They saw my vision and made it become a reality. They were extremely knowledgeable regarding all of my questions and requests. They transformed my space even better than I imagined. Everyone that walks into my kitchen is amazed at the transformation. It truly is beautiful. All of the vendors we used were top notch and extremely helpful. Their workers were professional, hard workers and great people and trust me that makes day to day renovation life so much easier. My home looks amazing and I will definitely use them again for any upcoming projects. I highly recommend them if you need work done in your home!

I have had Fred (and his team) perform a lot of work at my home in Marlboro MA. I would say he has been here at least for 5 different jobs dating back to 2007. He has done almost everything here including installing a Full Shed Dormer on my Cape, replaced windows, entry doors (with Provia - which are awesome), basement windows, a new roof, installed siding, Sheetrock, and hardwood flooring. Honestly, he can do it all. I am also very grateful to get him here, as Marlboro MA (in metro-west) is a bit of a drive from where he lives. When he is working here, I am very confident in the quality of the work, the pricing, and the integrity of the employees. I don't only trust Fred to do an excellent job, but I also trust him to work in my home all day while I am at work. A Special Thank You also to Michelle, who is always willing to help me select certain products, work with my on quotes - and for always being there to discuss options. When I hire Fred and Michelle I know i am getting a level of integrity, quality and trustworthiness that candidly can be very difficult to find. Thank you for everything you have done for Lauren and I in our home!

I cant recommend this company enough...can I add i a few stars?! Punctual, excellent communication, quality work...they completely exceeded all our expectations from start to finish. The crew was on site at 8am every day, worked till 5. Even my neighbors commented how punctual and hard they worked! They stayed on schedule and I am in LOVE with my first floor remodel!I cant praise them enough! ❤

Michelle, Fred, and the team at BIP are a great group of people to work with. They remodeled my master bathroom in the summer of 2019 and I am very pleased with the results. If you value communication, quality, and an attention to detail then BIP is a safe bet. In fact, I've just met with them to discuss another project and I won't be soliciting any other proposals.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Big Island Pond Remodeling to anyone & everyone! They built a two room addition on our existing home in late 2018. We started looking for contractors in April 2018. The ones who bothered to call back, and then, actually show up for an appointment, were far from what I considered professional, respectful or confidence-inspiring for this very important project to us. I was extremely frustrated in my search when someone recommended BIP to me. From the get-go, it was a completely different experience than others we had met with... almost too-good-to-be-true good… but they actually were EVERYTHING they had initially seemed to us to be. Moreover, they “delivered” everything they said they would and MORE! I loved the husband-wife team, Fred as the Contractor & Michelle as the Project Manager. As a woman, it can be intimidating dealing with male contractors. It was nice to be able to communicate with another woman about ideas and things...or questions that maybe I thought would sound trivial to a man. Not only is she a genuinely nice person, and always super pleasant to deal with, but she kept a firm grasp of all the many details discussed over an approximate 4 month period (from 1st meeting to project completion)...things that maybe even I had forgotten about! She was always on top of things and kept me informed every step of the way. That was very much appreciated, and also comforting, to know where we were and what was next! Fred is also a genuinely nice person. And man, does he know his stuff! His overall knowledge of construction and everything it entails is truly amazing. He can quote building codes off the top of his head like it’s nobody’s business. He actually saved us time and a lot of money by talking down our town building inspector from requiring something not at all necessary and that would have been costly. Fred did this with his knowledge of code, creative problem solving abilities and his great people skills to appease the inspector with another simpler solution to the situation with which that the inspector had an issue. While Fred is current on codes and super knowledgeable, he is also old-school. And I really respect that about him. He sets a high bar for work ethic, the quality of work and wanting his clients to be happy with the end result. It’s hard to find people like him, or his wife Michelle, these days that are so hard-working, conscientious and caring. Both Fred & Michelle worked so hard for us, wanted the very best that could be done and most of all, wanted us to LOVE the finished project. And we absolutely do! We love them too!The same goes for the BIPR crew and sub-contractors. They were all hard working, respectful professionals that were a pleasure to have around during the building process. And that says alot for people whom I at first didn’t know that had to see me fresh out of bed in the morning in my pj’s & messy hair. The last thing I have to say is that Big Island Pond Remodeling is an 100% CLASS ACT and we feel so very happy and so very fortunate that we found them to do our project. I will always call them first for any future home projects and recommend them to anyone I can.

The amazing work completed by Big Island Pond Remodeling exceeded our expectations. They designed and rebuilt a wraparound deck, and the job was 10+. Owners Michelle and Fred were extremely professional and offered great suggestions and ideas, as well as talked through our expectations of the project. From beginning to end they were simply spot on, and oh so prompt! The staff are geniuses in their creativity, and the quality of their work is unparalleled. The team communicated with us every step of the way and completed the project within the time we allotted. We’re obviously extremely pleased to show off our new deck, but of course we give them ALL the credit. We couldn’t be more impressed and would HIGHLY recommend them.
